The place is well-maintained and extremely comfy, exceeded all expectations. Fab croissants and jam to every taste. Freshly decorated room, large, with a quaint breakfast, crisp white sheets plus free WiFi. Amazing location in Castello district near Piazza 

Good and incredible location, minutes away from Saint Mark's Square. Restaurants and cafés minutes away from it.

Genuinely professional and outstandingly helpful staff and convenient location close to everything! So many choices for breakfast: coffee and jam.

Small hotel in a nice area near to piazza San marco, Abd NEAT the vaporetto station Rialto, public boat stop and the water bus from the airport. Cheap & spotless unit with the terrace.

The location was particularly good and incredible as it was minutes away from restaurants and cafés. We were offered great coffee and jam.

Thoroughly enjoyed my such great stay for 3 nights. The room itself was quiet and immaculate with a view of the canals and had essentials I needed:)))

Clean and functional hotel with a convenient location for exploring the area. Helpful and pleasant staff. Cheap and good value breakfast with decent coffee, bread, jam, and croissants.

No elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. The reception experience was not pleasant due to miscommunication.

Water from the shower would flush so slowly that showers could not last more than 2 mins. Otherwise dirt from the pipes would start to come up. Rooms were not clean at all, hairs could be found all over the place staff barely speak english (others dont even speak clear italian) and werenotfriendly. Breakfast was simple and if you ask for more bread the staff would start complaining to themselves

Great location - close to the main attractions and easy access to water buses. Helpful and friendly staff.Comfortable and clean room with a nice bathroom.Daily housekeeping.Good breakfast with a variety of options.

3Rd floor reception and fourth floor room no elevator. Shower had no doors, floor and walls mouldy and drain was mostly plugged.

A lot of fabulous food for meals. Location - excellent just off the vaporetto to Ponte di Rialto—it's a short walk from there and jams, cheeses and chocolate spread.

our recent stay at a hotel in venice was average at best, but Canada completely surprised us with its amazing rooftop view, convenient location, and clean rooms with an included breakfast.

Bed comforter was rough.

Very friendly staff, multilingual owner, clean and well-equipped rooms, comfortable beds, quiet at night, 24/7 reception.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.
